How do I know if my order is confirmed?
When you complete the Checkout process you should receive an automatic confirmation email. If you dont receive this or are unsure if your order has been completed please feel free to contact us by phone (08 9240 7800) or email (sales@buckinghampewter.com.au) and we can easily confirm manually for you.
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
Yes of course. You can change your shipping address at anytime before receiving our notification of despatch by contacting us either by phone (08 9240 7800) or by email (sales@buckinghampewter.com.au) and we will be happy to see your items shipped to a different place.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we are not set up to automatically ship internationally at this time. Some international orders can be catered for and these are done on a case by case basis. If you are overseas and would like to purchase from us please reach out via our contact page. We apologise for any inconvienience.
How long will it take until I receive my order?
Many of the orders we receive are made to order. Manufacturing times vary per product but our aim is to despatch all orders between 3 and 5 days from receiving your purchase notification (complex model figurines can take up to 10). As you are the most important aspect of our business we try our hardest to meet these expectations. However we are only human and every now and again things can and do go backwards, in this event we will reach out to let you know what is happening.
Why do your goods cost what they do?
Buckingham Pewter has an "as Australian as possible" policy. Our business focus is to provide our customers with products that are not just made here in our Wangara factory but are made with Australian materials. We partner with several like minded manufacturers here in Perth and the Eastern States and this allow us to provide you with often 100% homegrown products right down to the packaging and even the shipping boxes you receive your purchases in. Unfortunately not everything is made here in Australia and in these instances our first option is buy from an Australian supplier, we will only resort to offshore purchases when there is no other choice.The prices on our items are a direct reflection of handmade craftsmanship and the cost of doing business to the level we do here in Australia.
